Yu-Gi-Oh! Card included V Jump Books Forbidden One's Right Arm

Condition:
・The seal is open
・The right side of the film on the card binding is torn?
・Considering the possibility of swapping, I tried to take it out, but it is inside the book and only one side is torn, so my finger could not reach the card, and I could not take it out.
・It probably tore when it opened due to deterioration.
・Dust may have entered because the film is open.

It is stored wrapped with the book in a dark place.

I am not a collector, so I cannot authenticate it & it is a very old card, so I have listed it as "Overall poor condition" on Yu-Gi-Oh! OGC, so please judge from the images.
