- The lamb are humanely raised, free range and 100% grass fed on family farms with no added hormones. Halal Certified.
- Each 7-bone rack is perfectly portioned - triple-trimmed with just enough fat to protect the meat during grilling or broiling. The frenched racks are show-stopping in their presentation and frozen crisscrossed at the bone for easy separation.
- Each pack of 2 or 4 racks is vacuum sealed and flash frozen. Flash freezing uses cold temperatures to maintain freshness, preserve nutrients and protect the product from external impurities.
- To thaw, put the vacuum sealed package in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight or place the entire vacuum sealed package in cold water for approximately 45 minutes.
