The Postpartum Journey Book: The First Year: The Journal Paperback – January 30, 2025

This journal goes along with my book, The Postpartum Journey Book: The First Year. This journal has different questions each day of the month to help you focus on how you're feeling. The postpartum journey has a ton of emotions that go along with it, and sometimes it's good to just focus on one (or two) and go from there. Each day of the month is something different, and there is also a free write section for each day as well. The pages repeat after 31 days, so depending on which month it is, you won't use every single page, but I wanted to make sure there were enough pages for each month. At the end of each month, there is a reflection journal entry to write down anything you want for that month. It can be something you will never forget, it can be something that annoyed you, anything! The last page is to be used upon completion of the first year postpartum. Hopefully, this journal helps you to stay in the moment during the first year. It goes by so fast, and I thought it would be great if people were able to write about their experiences and reflect back on them as the years go on. Read more
