This authentic vintage aloha shirt is a reproduction with a carefully selected color scheme. It's made of smooth rayon material and has a comfortable fit with a slightly relaxed, clean silhouette.

This is a reproduction of a vintage aloha shirt made in the late 1950s, featuring the hanging heliconia flower, also known as the lobster claw, due to its unique shape. This is a famous design that always appears in aloha shirt books. The fabric uses rayon habutae, which is smooth to the touch and has excellent moisture absorption and release properties. The shirt reproduces the highly advanced printing technique of "bassen" (discharge printing), where the base color of the fabric is removed and the pattern colors are dyed on top. The skilled techniques of Japanese craftsmen achieve the same vivid colors as vintage aloha shirts. *The rayon fabric used is a reproduction of the rayon fabric used in vintage aloha shirts from the 1940s-50s. 【SUN SURF / Sun Surf】 A Hawaiian brand planned and produced by "Toyo Enterprises."
