Skipper Skooter Doll Original Skooter Sunset Malibu Skipper

For sale are the 1971 Sunset Malibu Skipper doll (#1069–blonde), and the 1965 Skooter doll (#1040–blonde), Skipper’s friend. Skipper comes with the swimsuit bottom which needs some stitches. The doll is in nice condition. The legs click to 2 positions. There are 2 small spots on the back of her leg (see photo). The hair is nice and the face makeup is still vibrant. There is a blue mark on her right cheek. Looks like it may have come from the factory like that since the blue color matches the eye paint. Skooter is an original 1965 Skooter doll (#1040–blonde), in played with condition. Comes with 1 red flat which has a split. Skooter is missing some hair plugs which can be covered by the pigtails. Her nose has a cut but I think it can be fixed with glue as the vinyl is still attached. She has all her fingers, face paint is still vibrant. Both dolls need a bath. Would be nice for display. This is from an estate sale so I don’t know the history of the dolls.
