- Coulommiers, reblochon or goat cheese, place the cheese in the cheese Baker (diameter 17 cm) with the filling of your choice (honey, herbs, spices..), close and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
- You can serve directly in the cheese baker: soak in bread, or crackers or serve with a small spoon on vegetables, potatoes or cold meats.
- During cooking, the lid infuses flavours, prevents cheese from drying out, retains odours and keeps it warm until the time of serving. The Cheese Baker is oven-safe up to 270°C, microwave and dishwasher safe without risk of colour change.
